Former minister of higher education of Luxembourg

The LCSB represents everything that I had hoped for when, as minister of higher education back in the 90s, I pushed for the establishment of a University in Luxembourg. The LCSB’s cutting-edge biomedical research has raised the University’s visibility on a world-wide level. I am proud to have been able to witness the considerable development of this institute over the last few years.
